Character Traits Graphic Organizer (Provide Text Evidence)

This graphic organizer requires students to provide specific text evidence for their conclusions about a character's traits from a fictional text. This could be used during a mini-lesson while the teacher models her thinking aloud with a fictional text. It could also be used independently by students as a reader's response informal assessment. Another way in which it could be used is during literacy centers.
