Activity

Description
Here is an easy way to get character education into your busy week. Each Monday, write a character trait on the board or display it on a special character traits bulletin board. Incorporate the word into your week as much as you can.

Now your students can complete this activity online! Just click the red, Create a Digital Activity" button on the right. Text boxes are built-in. Select which of the 3 options you want to assign.
Some ideas:
Use the included printables (or use digitally by clicking the red button) to help students think more deeply about the trait while getting in some writing practice.
Hold a class discussion about the word. You could even have students role play examples and non-examples.
Encourage students to demonstrate the word throughout the week and to compliment classmates who demonstrate it.
Use the included “Hooray” note home when you see a student demonstrating the trait.
At the end of the week, allow students time to share where they saw the trait being demonstrated.
