PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

One of the major ideas in The Stranger is how the protagonist Meursault experiences the emotional world around him. Is he a sociopath, does he not understand his own emotions, is he simply choosing to ignore the physical signals that let most humans know how they are feeling? As your students are reading with this exercise they will pick a passage of 2-4 sentences from the text for each section, note the page number, and analyze the passage in a beefy paragraph. The will have the opportunity to note evidence and explain rationale behind choosing the passages they chose.
