There are 12 picture. 6 have character and 6 have settings. There are 2 cut and sort options.
Students sort the pictures by character and setting. They glue the characters on one side and the setting on the other side.
Students match the character and the setting and glue them next to each other.
There are 12 cards that students can sort beforehand as well.
There are also 2 worksheets.
1. Students need to draw a character and a setting that they come up with. The character and the setting need to match. For example, if they draw someone playing basketball, the person should be on a basketball court or have a basketball net in the picture. They shouldn't draw the character at the beach.
2. Students need to write a little story with a character, setting, problem, and solution. There is a place to draw a picture too.
