Character/Point of View Activity for Any Text: Literary Postcards

Literary postcards are a great activity for any grade level and can be used to reinforce the ideas of character and point of view. This activity can be done during or after reading with any short story or novel. Students will brainstorm important character and events, illustrate a key event, and write from a character's point of view reflecting on that event.
