This worksheet helps students visualize a character's unseen traits (thoughts, emotions, point of view, communication, etc.) throughout the reading process. For instance, they are asked to describe the character's thoughts or thought process, and will need to provide text evidence to support their answer. This could be done in groups or individually. I have used it to track a single character throughout the reading of To Kill a Mockingbird with my students and after the reading of short stories. It is very versatile.
