Looking for a more official format for your child to complete their examinations in other than a composition book? My exam booklet includes a cover page, a lined page with an area to include a question and subject or book the question revolves around, as well as a blanked lined page for the student to continue their answer, if they should need more room. The cover sheet includes a space for the child's name, form or grade level, the school year, as well as what term the exam is for. I recommend at least a page front and back for most exam questions, depending on what age and form level your child is at. At the end of your child's homeschooling days, you will have lovely exam booklets to be able to look back on fondly together at what your child has learned! I recommend printing your cover page on cardstock, and you may laminate for extra durability. I have a comb binder at home, and also use plain cardstock as my back page. You can also have this spiral bound at your local office supply store, 3-hole punch it into a prong folder, attaching your cover sheet to the front, or insert it into a 1/2 inch binder and slide the cover sheet into the front pocket. Enjoy!
