This is a planner designed to be used in a homeschool classroom or small classroom setting to utilize the "Feast of Subjects" that Charlotte Mason advises in her books, "The Original Homeschooling Series". Includes planning/daily work space for Bible, History, Geography, Science, History Biography, Science Biography, Natural History, Math, Spelling, Writing (including copywork and dictation), Grammar, Literature, Poetry, Foreign Language, Art Study, Music Study, Shakespeare, Plutarch, Hymn & Folksong Study, Habits, Handicrafts, Recitation, and Nature Study.
I've designed this planner to be used with as little as one student, up to settings with 6-8 students or more.
There are 180 numbered days, without dates. Each day spans 3 pages, two to provide space for planning group lessons or readings or specific learning objectives for the day, daily focus (Shakespeare, Plutarch, etc), as well as repeating daily work (copywork, recitation, etc). The third page is for recording individual assignments so that you can keep track of what your students need to complete on their own.
There are term planning pages for plotting which resources to be used and periods to be studied. At the end of each six weeks, there is a summary page to record your notes on improving your teaching or what students need to focus on the next six weeks. There are two pages provided at the end of each term just for taking notes on the previous term.
This is meant to be printed front and back, so that the days' assignments and individual assignments for two days will lay flat. I recommend printing it on 24lb+ weight paper and having it spiral bound, either at home or your local office supply store. However, it will work hole punched and placed into a three ring binder.
