Description

Have you started a novel study on Charlotte's Web and are you looking for a different approach to book reports that will engage all of your students in your class?

Then this interactive foldable project is the perfect culminating project for your students.

In this resource you will find a lesson that will explain how to identify character traits and provide students with a list of traits that would describe the characters in the story.

Students will then be able to create an independent project which will allow them to analyze the following characters:

  • Wilbur
  • Charlotte
  • Fern
  • Avery
  • Templeton

Even the not-so crafty teacher will love making this project! You will need scrapbook paper, scissors, glue and coloring tools to create this engaging project. That’s all!

When you download this resource I will provide you with:

  • Step by step instructions that will be easy enough for your students to understand on their own. Detailed pictures are included for easy assembly just in case.
  • Guiding questions to identify the character's appearance, problem or challenges in the story, thoughts and feelings and how the character changed in the novel.
  • A Rubric for assessment
