11 Quizzes Description:

→ Quickly assess student comprehension

→ Cover many CCSS-ELA standards and elements of fiction including: vocabulary, cause and effect, main idea, summarizing, character analysis, sequence of events, story details, comparing and contrasting, problem/resolution, and much more

→ One quiz for every 2 chapters

→ Every quiz contains: 1 short-response, 3 multiple-choice higher-order-thinking questions

→ Questions and answers written in standardized test prep form

→ Match the rigor required of CCSS

→ Answer key provided

Each quiz is also available in a Google Form so you can assign them digitally if you'd like. You must have a Google Classroom account to do so. Otherwise, you can just print from the PDF. Page 36 of the PDF has links that allow you to make copies of these Google Forms, which you can then edit as you'd like. Answers to all multiple-choice questions are embedded in each form so you don't have to grade them.
