Kids love animals. They love to learn about animals and the adaptations they have to support them in their respective environments.
This product begins with a short blurb about why use STEAM at all. Then I review the NGSS standards this addresses and for which grades (3). Finally I review the activities. I made two student sheets: use the colorful version for projecting and the B&W sheets for the kids. There are also sheets for research projects a single sheet and half sheets to make a mini-book.
