Description

This bundle is to help facilitate and track your school's Check In and Check Out interventions. At its most basic, the check-in/check-out meeting is an opportunity for student and mentor to work together to improve behavior. This intervention works well for students who respond well to adult attention. Included are the following:

CICO Student Behavior Sheets - daily and for tracking behavior at both lower and upper grade levels. Daily sticker charts and Weekly behavior charts are also included so you can easily escalate or de-escalate behavior tiers. Both PDF and Word versions are included.

Student Goal Tracking Sheets - allows you to easily track student behaviors goals on one sheet. They can be shared out at meetings or utilized to keep track with the student of what incentives they have earned through good behavior. This can be used with your own resources or paired with the resources included.

Daily Student Behavior Tracking Tool - Excel worksheet that is useful in tracking daily behavior of students through the Check In-Check Out intervention. This can be used with your own CICO sheets or ones included. Tracking behavior with this tool allows one to easily create charts and graphs to spot behavior strengths, weaknesses, or patterns, and use at meetings while discussing behavior. This sheet can also be uploaded to Google Drive and opened as a Google Sheet to for easy sharing.
