This is a tier 1 behavioral tool I have used with individuals in my class when trying to encourage behavioral goals. The power of positive thinking with the "I can" statements, immediate feedback on goals (giving the score of a 0, 1, or 2 at each check-in), and student choice (choosing a reward he/she is working towards) all have aided in the success of this tool. I adjust and chunk together time spans based on student success with the program/ needs.
