I used this checklist after a writing project. The students were to pick and object outside that they saw, i.e. a flower, duck, clock, even another student, and write what they saw using descriptive writing. After they wrote about the object, they had to write as if they were that object. Afterwards we worked on them more and more and made a project with them. This is the checklist I made up to see if everything that needed to be done, was done.
