I use these checklists and anecdotal records as a quick way to record my students' progress. These are great to use for performance assessments or as a check for understanding during a unit of study. They are editable so that you can type in the skills you are assessing and your students' names. I also included some accountable talk stems to help you when you are asking questions during student work sessions. Just type, print and place in a clipboard! Then as you are observing your students as they work you have a variety of questions to ask and a quick way to record and document their progress (data)!
