Here is a simple, yet effective way for tracking the use of learning centers or stations in your classroom. No need for you, the teacher, to worry about record-keeping! Simply print the check sheets as needed and your students will do the rest! As a student begins a center activity, he writes the date and name of the activity. Once the activity is complete, he will use the space provided on the check sheet to write a sentence or two telling what he learned at that center. The check chart provides instant information to the teacher and makes students aware of what skills they are learning and which stations they have already completed.
Check sheets are provided in 3 formats: one for Math Centers, one for Language Centers, and one for general use.
A PREVIEW of all 3 is available as a free download.
