Do you have a classroom economy running in your classroom? If you do, and your students earn classroom cash, you will love these paying your students with these editable PDF checks! These real looking checks will be motivating for your students.
If you’ve created documents with lots of formatting, you know that it takes to a lot to get things lined up perfectly so everything prints perfectly. When you try to type into a Word document, sometimes the spacing and formatting goes wonky on you.
With this set, all of the formatting is “locked down” and says in place for you! The great part is, all you have to do it type right into the “fields” or cells. Then, just print customized real looking checks. You can delete the data and re-use the forms, too.
There are 3 sets of checks from the L.S. & L Bank (Learning Savings & Loan Bank): Two colored sets and a black and white set. Each set contains 9 pages of checks: 32 numbered checks and 4 unnumbered checks. The colored set has 4 checks per page and has16 different patterns and colors of checks. You will be able to type the following information into the checks: Date, who the check is payable to, the amount, the amount typed in words, the signature, and a space to write notes or comments about what the check was for. New 9/22/13: There is now a set of colored checks without names you (or your students) can type their name in the upper left portion of the the checks.
Also included is a hints and tips sheet for using the editable PDF. There is a total of 28 pages in this set.
Enjoy integrating real life into your classroom economy!
