This review game is intended for a unit covering writing reactions, balancing reactions, and identifying reactions.
I split my class into four or five groups depending on class size. Then I line them up relay race style. The first person in each groups is handed a card with directions, a white board, and a white board marker. The student completes the directions, gets it checked by the teacher, and then hand the next direction to the next person in line from their group. The first group to make it through all of the steps wins the round.
This review activity helped me clearly gage the students who need additional practice. Things got really loud and really fun. The students enjoyed the relay game!
