Put a twist on learning chemical symbols with this color by number activity! Use it as a fun way to practice matching 20 common chemical elements with their symbols. Or use it as a quiz! More About This Resource

Students will use a key that assigns a color code to each element by name. They locate each symbol, however many times it appears in the puzzle, and color it according to the key. The completed puzzle reveals a colorful Keel-beeled Toucan, the national bird of Belize, in a tropical beach scene! And there’s a hidden animal surprise in the picture too!
