These are the learning targets that go with my first unit of review for high school chemistry.
I use this as a "Cliff Notes" version of the learning. Students can add evidence, definitions, examples of the learning target, and specify where they were introduced to this topic, or where we practiced it.
When they go to study for the unit test, this is their first stop. They may read the evidence or example, and be comfortable to move on, or they may want to reference "Where we have seen this" to help them find more information.
