PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

These are 2 fun activities to use as a fun interactive follow up for Melanie Watt's book, Chester.

There is a cut and paste worksheet activity which allows students to determine point of view between Melanie Watt and Chester the cat.

There is also a short, ready to print, book about a dog named Dewey. Simply print the book as a 2 sided document and fold in half. Give students a red pen and allow them to become Chester or another character of their choosing to rewrite the story.

These are both great activities for the common core state standard in reading language arts for identifying who is telling the story in a text.
