I loved using this for my behavior in my classroom. This is not my original idea, but adapted it to fit my students.
You can print this off on card stock and then laminate it so it will last longer. The order from top to bottom is Super Student, Role Model, Excellent Effort, Ready to Learn, Make Better Choices, Teacher's Choice, Parent Contact
The students use clothespins with their name/number. Everyone starts at Ready to Learn at the beginning of each day. Anytime they are caught being good, they move up. Anytime they make a not so good choice, they move down. They are allowed to move up and down throughout the day.
I also liked this because you can choose what their consequence is based on their actions.
If a student ends up on Super Student at the end of the day, they get a sticker on their clothespin. Once they get 5 stickers, they get to have a colored clothespin. I liked going in rainbow order. The last clothespin they can earn is the GLITTER clothespin. I made a huge deal about the glitter clothespin at the beginning of the year. This increased their intrinsic motivation because they all wanted that clothespin at the end of the year.
Hope you can use this in your classroom!
