This is a four-part unit by Reading Through History. This unit includes a biography of Chief Justice John Marshall and three separate lessons covering the most prominent of his Supreme Court decisions. The cases include Marbury v. Madison, McCulloch v. Maryland, and Worcester v. Georgia. Each of these lessons take about 30 minutes for students to complete in class.
If you would like a second option, which only includes the lessons on the three cases, plus Barron v. Baltimore, you can find it here: John Marshall Decisions
