This 10-Pack includes the following Bible Lessons for children, ages 7-11:
Lesson 1 – The Building of a Widow’s Faith – Teaches your students about having faith in God when everything looks bleak around them. It was written around the story of the widow who along with her son are caught up in a famine and starving to death, that is until Elijah the Prophet comes along (1 Kings 17: 7-24).
Lesson 2 – Josiah, the Child King – Teaches your students to serve God with all their hearts and to surround themselves with godly friends. It was written around the Bible Story of King Josiah, which can be found in 2 Kings 22 and 2 Chronicles 34.
Lesson 3 – Three Young Men and One Fiery Furnace – Teaches your students the story of Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego who would rather be thrown into a fiery furnace than to bow down to an idol that represented the king. It also teaches them to trust God and always do what is pleasing to him (Daniel 1 & 3).
Lesson 4 – David and Goliath – Teaches your students that God is always enough when we have a Goliath-Sized Battle on our hands. The Bible Story was inspired by 1 Samuel 16 and 1 Samuel 17: 1-54.
Lesson 5 – The Humbling of King Nebuchadnezzar –Teaches your students that God loves those with a humble heart. The Bible Story was inspired by Daniel, Chapter 4 which tell us about King Nebuchadnezzar and how his pride caused him to live as an animal outside of his kingdom for seven years.
Lesson 6 – Jesus’s First Miracle – teaches your students about Jesus's first miracle (John 2: 1-11), turning water into wine at a wedding feast. It also reminds them that Jesus is alive and is still able to do miracles today.
Lesson 7 – The Thankful Leper - teaches your students the story about the 10 lepers in Luke 17: 11 – 19 and how to have a thankful heart.
Lesson 8 – Walking with Peter - teaches your students the story about Peter walking on water (Matthew 14: 22-33) and how, when his faith wavered, he began to sink. It also reminds them to never lose faith in Jesus.
Lesson 9 – The Pharisee and the Tax Collector - teaches your students through a parable spoken by Jesus (Luke 18: 9-14) to be humble and admit when they are wrong instead of lifting themselves up in pride for all to see.
Lesson 10 – The Prodigal Son - teaches your students through a parable spoken by Jesus (Luke 15: 11-24) to be wise with their money, listen to their parent’s instruction and how much God loves them; even when they mess up.
