Do you need over a thousand illustrations of Chinese designs? Dragons, flowers, fish, birds, insects, and even bats are just a fraction of the illustrations in these three books!
#1 Chinese Animal Design, Chen Yan
This is a comprehensive collection of animals, real, and make believe, from Chinese culture. The dynasties all represented and reference with each illustration. This was a favorite of my students! The pictures can be easily be reproduced, traced, enlarged, or any other visual display.
#2 Chinese Design, Diane Gaspas
This book contains 30 beautiful, detailed designs that can be reproduced for coloring, inspire new designs, or be used for intricate visual displays.
#3 Authentic Chinese Cut-Paper Designs, Carol Belanger Grafton
This anthology holds almost 200 designs intended for commercial artists, but my middle school students used this in numerous international fair displays. The images are dark, cut-paper designs that work perfectly for overhead projectors. The designs run the gamut of simple to super detailed. Such a beautiful collection of designs that can be used so many ways!
The books are in good used condition with some wear on the covers.
