Description

Chinese History Writing Task Cards: Xia - Sui Dynasties includes 105 writing prompts that span low-level and high-level writing prompts. Some of the prompts are single prompts but many could be paired with others to scaffold essay writing. And these prompts will align with Common Core standards for History/Social Studies.

This resource was created to include a variety of writing prompts to accommodate the knowledge necessary for world history or an Asian history class.

Writing prompts ask students to list, define, create timelines, arrange outlines, write short answers, and write essays.

There is NO answer key or because the amount of information that each course requires varies too greatly.

There is a grading rubric included! View it in the preview!

Dynasties and Time periods include: Xia, Shang, Zhou, Spring and Autumn Period, Warring States Period, Qin, Han, Three Kingdoms, Jin Dynasty, Northern and Southern Dynasties, and the Sui Dynasty.
