This is an adapted menu for the restaurant Chipotle for students with low-incidence disabilities. Students choose between a burrito bowl, burrito, and tacos, and then choose a meat. After that, students answer a series of yes or no questions about 'extras' they want on their meal. Chipotle doesn't usually allow you to hand over the paper to the food service workers, but I have students use the paper as a visual to help them answer the questions. Other students hold the paper up to the glass as they walk along and Chipotle staff can reference it as they make the meal. I made this menu using Boardmaker software.
