Description

Have students practice observing an object based upon its properties such as shape, color, and texture. Then have them practice taking accurate measurements such as diameter, circumference, and depth. They can also use a balance to measure the mass of an item.

Have them practice all these skills with a CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE!

This is a great way to kick off a study of rocks and minerals or just to use to add some fun for measurements.

Pass out a cookie and this worksheet and you are all set!
**Students will need to have knowledge of vocabulary: diameter, circumference, and depth

BE KIND. LEAVE FEEDBACK. I enjoy hearing what people think about my products. I also welcome any constructive criticism.
