Product Description

These three circuits are great for a change in PE warm ups. Students begin at station 1 where they choose which exercise they would like to complete. After completing the exercise, they will flip the paper (See Printing Instructions) to find out which station they will go to next.

The first variation has a “successful outcome” while the others are never-ending adventures (until warm-up time runs out).

This game connects well to the Revised BC Curriculum.

o Identify and apply strategies to pursue personal healthy-living goals

After playing this game, I have a discussion with students about the personal agency that they possess when it comes to making healthy-living decisions. They have the power to make positive or negative choices in their lives that may or may not lead to successful outcomes. Use this activity and these discussions to lead into other decision-based games or goal setting.
