This is a minute fitness version of the old "Choose Your Own Adventure" books. Students start at any hero they want, and follow the story path. After helping any hero, it gives them a choice to help 1 of 2 in need...where they then travel to using the locomotor motion on the sheet. Students get to have fun exercising, and even creating some of their own moves! There are 2 hero paths in the game, DC and Marvel Universe, so it can be played twice for a different line of heroes. There are about 12 heroes per universe to travel from.
Can be played for 15-30 minutes, depending on how you display and use it. Lamination is recommended so you have it for years to come. Can be done with grades K-8, though K and 1 might need older buddy help or to travel in 2s/3s to help with the reading.
