This resource includes a set of 144 multiple choice task cards (24 pages with 6 cards on each page) designed to help students choose the right verb form in a sentence through speedy and fun repetition. They are perfect for reviewing, team games, speed drills, or student-to-student Q&A.
Students have to think about the correct ending of verbs (e.g. -s / -ing), or which form of verb follows the common words for perfect or continuous tenses (is/are/have/has/had/had been, will, etc.)
The task cards include sentences in present, past and future tenses (twelve tenses in total and twelve cards for each tense).
The theme and vocabulary items of the cards include:
Pronouns, family members, proper names, occupations, pets, as well as common places and related activities such as sports games, caring for animals, creating art, having meals and relaxing.
The tenses include:
