This document was created to integrate learning into planned partnerships. By planning ahead which students will work well with whom, you can save valuable class time. You can also reinforce curriculum skills every time you call out a specific partner for students to find. I use these partners when sharing stories at the end of writer’s workshop, for peer editing, or sharing math, science, or social studies journal entries.
There are 4 different kind of partnerships included: shapes, coins, and clock times.
