Effective for middle school or beginning high school chorus.
♪ CHORUS PRODUCTIVITY: Includes two worksheets + Answer Key
(1) Students write original sentences using vocabulary words that will help them be productive in chorus, and to develop a work ethic.
(2) Follow up with the fill in the blank worksheet.
♪ There are three ways to use this activity: silently as an individual, as a class where everyone agrees on and writes the best sentence(s) someone came up with, or teacher directed with everyone writing the teacher's sentence after a discussion.
♪ This activity adds an academic element to class on this chorus day. Every now and then, students need to write in chorus, reminding them chorus is a real class requiring learning and hard work.
♪ Keep in mind the amount of time you are willing to spend grading when you present this.
