Trying to survive the days right before Christmas break? Don't worry, you can still do academic review, but also bring the fun of Christmas in your classroom! This pack can be done in one day (or more if needed) with little preparation. Just pick and choose what works for you. This is intended to help you survive what can be a crazy, crazy day at school!

This set is great for 2nd graders to 5th graders! Just be sure to read the descriptions below to be sure it fits your needs. Feel free to ask any questions!

What's Included?:

♦ Reading Comprehension about Christmas Trees (their beginnings and now)

♦ Math Review Color-By-Number THREE versions:
- Division
- Multiplication
- Addition/Subtraction (double digits)

♦ Narrative Writing Activity where students put themselves into the jingly shoes of an elf! They will brainstorm what a day in the life of an elf must be like, and write a narrative piece going through a day as an elf at the North Pole!

♦ Map Skills - "North Pole (Grid Map)" : Students will follow directions on the intermediate version) to place locations where instructed using the coordinates as well as cardinal directions. The basic version has the locations already placed, but students will answer questions based on their locations and possible paths to and from locations.
TWO versions are included:
- basic cardinal directions (all answers include north, east, south, or west)
- intermediate cardinal directions (all answers include north, east, south, west, northeast, northwest, southeast, or southwest)

♦ Science - "Magic" Tinsel students will try to get tinsel to stick to a balloon using what they know about static electricity. Ideas for activating prior knowledge and class dicussion included. Teacher notes included!
