"Christmas Carols...Grammar Style" is a fun and festive holiday activity that keeps students engaged and gives them practice identifying parts of speech in a very real-world, tangible way.
This packet is a SAMPLER PACKET and includes 2 differentiated grammar activities for the Christmas Carol “Jingle Bells.” Each page asks for your students to read and identify the different parts of speech.
There are 2 differentiated instruction sheets so you can give different pages to different students in your class, based on grade level, ability, and academic expectations. The letter at the bottom of each page corresponds with the difficulty of the task. “A” asks students to identify nouns and verbs and “B” asks students to identify nouns, verbs, adjectives, and adverbs. Two differentiated journal prompts are also included.
Complete answer keys are provided.
