This activity was created for my social group (primary and high school levels). I placed the cards (once I cut them into strips) in a gingerbread house box that I bought from the Dollar Store. The students picked a card from the box and asked and answered each others questions while working on eye contact, initiating topic, maintaining topic, personal space, etc.
The other way I used this activity was for articulation/language. I used the questions with the gingerbread house along with the game Candy Land for articulation carry-over. For language, we practiced answering the WH questions as well as giving details.
