Play: Without children watching, place cookie cards in pocket chart, then place sight word bakers over them. Children choose a word card, read the sight word, then (if correct) they check to see the cookie hiding behind it. Game ends when one lucky student finds the Winner! star. Cookies get shuffled before play begins again.
