. This is one of my favorites! This product has 20 noun cards and 20 adjective cards for sorting. There are 24 noun/adjective task cards with answer key and recording sheet. I included header cards: nouns, not nouns, adjectives and not adjectives. These cards could be used in pocket charts or for table sorts.
There is a gingerbread house glyph for noun and adjective identification practice. I added an adjective/noun sort for independent practice. Additionally, there are story-writing papers for a gingerbread house story and a Christmas cookie story.
When I used this product in my classroom, I created four centers for rotating so that each table group got to do each part of the product. They had races to see who could finish the task cards first. It was really funny to watch because they were completely engaged. The kids also really enjoyed the colorful cards for sorting adjectives and nouns.
