Make the countdown for Christmas fun and easy with a countdown Santa or who-ville style village!
Each house has a daily Christmas trivia question to puzzle your class for each school day before Christmas vacation. The cards are editable so you can use this calendar for any daily class activity. Do a song a day, a joke, a Christmas poem, or a math problem, a random act of kindness, story time. Use for anything that works for your class. (Note: the picture shows activity cards, this file has been updated to contain trivia questions only.)
To make the village: Contains 4 full page pictures. So the completed project will be about 8" tall and 44" wide. The countdown cards match the sizes of the houses.
1. Edit the text boxes if you want to change the cards.
2. Print on cardstock.
3. Cut slits on the dotted lines at the top of the houses.
4. Glue house pictures to some cardstock so it has a back. (Around the edges only.)
5. Slide the activity cards into the houses and bend the tabs so they can be easily pulled out each day.
