This Christmas activity is a fun, interactive and engaging way for your students to work on their number recognition and counting skills during the run up to Christmas. Students will follow instructions to feed the children sprouts.
There are printable sprouts included - or you can use real sprouts to add some extra sensory fun to your learning.
There are boy and girl board options for you to choose from. Numbers go from 0-10. On the top of each board there is a blank box. This is where you change out the numbers (included) for students to follow. The instructions come with visual, symbol prompts to support your learners.
"Feed the boy 4/four sprouts" - and then the student has to put 4 sprouts into the boys mouth.
This activity is also a great way for students to work on their fine motor skills, picking up sprouts - printed or real.
I recommend laminating all of the pieces included. This will make them stronger, longer lasting and reusable in the future.
