Christmas Crime Scene: Holiday Forensics Activity (Print and Digital)

Need a holiday-themed activity for your Forensics class? This CHRISTMAS CRIME SCENE PROJECT is the perfect student-directed activity to use before the holidays! This no-prep resource includes everything you need to provide your students with an engaging project that is always a hit in my own classroom.

Need a digital option? No problem! I have included both a printable and digital (Google Slides) version of this resource, making it perfect for distance learning, flipped classrooms, online courses and traditional face-to-face classrooms. (This resource is Google Classroom compatible.)

Task:

Students use their creativity to create a holiday-themed crime scene that includes 5-8 pieces of evidence and includes a crime scene report. As an extension, you can have each student assess their classmates creations to test their crime scene investigation skills. The digital version provides students with 5 templates that they can use to generate a digital version of a holiday crime scene.
