If you are looking for a fun figurative language game to do with your students this holiday season, this is what you want!

In this game, students solve figurative language review task cards that are all winter/Christmas themed. After students solve each task card, they can check their answer with the key. I actually have parents volunteer to help out with this and they work at this station checking the kids’ responses. But if you do not, you can check each child’s work or let them check their own. If the student is correct, he/she can pull one of the topple blocks. If it does not fall, the student will earn two points! The student can record the points they get from each task card in the recording sheet. If the student was not correct but fixed their answer, they can pull a block and if it does not fall they earn one point. If the blocks ever fall, that student must forfeit all their points!. The student with the most point at the end wins! You can do this as a whole group, in pairs of two or in small groups! Totally up to you! If you want to make this a station during your Christmas time celebration check out some of my other games/station ideas to accompany your Christmas Classroom Transformation!

This is one product that goes along with my Christmas Classroom Transformation! I hope your students have as much fun reviewing before the holidays as mine have! Enjoy and don't forget to leave feedback and earn TpT credits towards your future purchases!
