You can find other ideas for fingerprint art online, BUT suggestions and examples are provided to make it EASY for students to design their own. Students will decorate the cover, sign a note/poem to the person they are giving the calendar to for a gift, and decorate each page for each month with their adorable fingerprints. Add some construction paper to the cover and use ribbon, staples, or rings to bind the calendar together. You can cover the months of the year, days of the week, or numbers to tie in some math.
