Looking for a no prep Christmas activity for your middle school math class to fill the time before your Winter break? This holiday logic puzzle is sure to be a hit with your students!
This traditional grid-style logic puzzle has students match 5 students' first and last names, favorite Christmas activities, favorite Christmas songs, and favorite Christmas dinners. Students are given 10 clues to help them solve the puzzle.
Logic puzzles are a great tool to help with problem solving, as they require students to do alot of critical thinking and reasoning. This puzzle is a great way to keep students engaged, while still working, before a holiday break, as it incorporates the fun of Christmas into math class at a time when it is very hard for students to focus.
