Middle school math meets Christmas holiday fun with six no prep puzzle pages for order of operations, integer, fraction, and problem solving review!
All you need to do is print and copy! These easy to prepare activity pages are perfect for the last few days before the holidays. The only additional supplies needed are colored pencils, crayons, or markers, for the “Color the Answer” pages. Each page also has fun illustrations for your students to color because even “big kids” like to color!
Tic Tac Toe Puzzles
In these puzzles, students use the clues to solve a variety of questions of varying difficulty. Some of the questions depend on the others to find the answer. Students can work these alone, or with a partner. When working with a partner, the student gets to put their X or O in a square when they answer a question correctly. The first puzzle has an optional page that can guide the students’ work.
These are a Christmas take on the classic logic grid puzzle. Students use the clues to eliminate wrong combinations and choose correct combinations to solve the puzzle.
Color the Answer Puzzles
Students evaluate the order of operations and integer expressions to find their answer. Next to each answer choice is a coloring direction for the illustrations. Once the students have colored the parts required by the instructions, they can color the rest of the illustration.
