Many, many years ago my husband’s grandmother made Christmas mice with her grandchildren. The mice were made from red and green felt and she used a candy cane for the tail. I made these several years with my students but quickly grew tired of tracing all the patterns onto felt AND my kiddos had an awful time cutting the felt. So I ended up doing most of the work. I then decided to make a quick and easy mouse from construction paper. PLUS it’s easy prep and quick for students to put together. It’s a great craft to use with The Night Before Christmas. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do!!
