Product Description
If you have introduced syllables to your class they should understand that all words are made up of parts, we call those parts syllables.
I used these as a group activity. I show a picture and the class claps out the syllables and then tells me how many syllables each word has. Sometimes, I will clap and they will listen and tell me how many they hear.
The children in my class just love this work.
Parents have told me that their children will be riding in the car, and they will start clapping and counting things they see.
HAVE FUN!!!

Aloha & Blessings,
Ms Sue
