Christmas Writing Prompts

Christmas Writing This set of Christmas printables is just what you need to inspire your learners to write from the heart. Christmas is more than just teaching students about giving, it is about the giving of yourself and your thoughtful actions.

Included in this pack are 7 printables that are thought provoking ideas about what they can do at this beautiful time of year to make someone else's life better. It also includes a prompt for recalling fond memories of a previous Christmas. There is also a space at the bottom for students to draw.

The last one is a letter simply titled: Dear Santa. While this may seem a little redundant to typical Christmas activities, I use this as a little assessment piece to see if students have truly understood the social learning aspect of this writing theme and whether they will include a wish for someone else.
