This is a 2-page, 10 question expectation outline for the movie Cinderella. I use it for Disney's version, but it could be used for any version of the tale. This worksheet's questions guide students through identifying and describing Cinderella through the following Elements of Fiction: Characters (protagonist, antagonist), Setting (sensory words and the effects it has on the protagonist), Plot (real and imagined conflicts; Man vs. Man, Self, etc.), and Theme. NO ANSWER KEY IS INCLUDED because there could be a lot of variation in student responses. Finally, most questions are short answer, but the plot/conflict questions are multiple choice. Question breakdown: 5 on Characters, 2 on Setting, 2 on Plot/Conflict, and 1 on Theme.
