Cinderella is a classic fairy tale that has evoked images of magic and wishes among millions of minds across the world! There are so many different versions of Cinderella that I have loved sharing with my students, making this activity even more special.
During our fairy tale unit, we talk about magic, good characters and bad characters, the problems the character faces, what the solution might be, and more. Fairy tales allow students to put themselves in the shoes of the characters, use their imagination, and challenge their thinking.
This freebie allows student to reflect and share on their learning from the Cinderella story, and also allows them the innovation of creating their own Cinderella story. There are two options available, one page with lines, and one without. Also, we have included two versions of this activity, one in Black and White, and one in Color. For my classroom, we typically print the B&W version, and have students participate in decorating the cover, too. :)
My students love writing and creating stories for our Class Books. After each student has completed their story page, I laminate their work, and use a Binding Machine to assemble the book. Students love reading books that they wrote, and are eager to grab these books from our class library to share with their friends! We hop your students enjoy getting their creative juices flowing with this set! :)
